Returns + Refunds Policy
At Coast Road Furniture, our aim is never to have an unhappy customer and strive to ensure that you will be delighted as with your furniture as we are selling it to you.
However in the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers 7 days from delivery in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund.
In line with the European Directive on distance selling (Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), the regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. Please note: The '7 working days' start from the day after you receive the goods.
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with these regulations we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however you are responsible for the shipping costs involved in the return of the furniture.
We will issue a refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back to us. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Please see our full terms and conditions for further details.
